Return Policy


Chick Holsters takes pride in the workmanship of all of our products. Customers needing to return products must first contact Chick Holsters.

To expedite the return process, please have the following information available when contacting us:

  • Chick Holsters Part Number (Example: R1, S1 or S2)
  • Reason for return (Example: Defective, Damaged)
  • Detailed description of the problem
  • Original Order Number
  • Contact name, telephone number, email address

Returns

Any new, unused parts can be returned for full credit less a restocking fee within 60 days of the order date. New parts are defined as those that are unopened or have been opened but not used. Chick Holsters will give credit for used products that are returned within 30 days of the order date.  Custom or Limited Edition products are NOT returnable unless due to a manufacturers defect. All customers who are receiving credit for their parts will be credited according to their original payment method.

Repairs

Chick Holsters warrants its products for one year from the original order date. Any parts that are returned during the warranty period may be repaired or replaced at Chick Holsters’ expense, unless it is determined that the parts were damaged in application. Chick Holsters will do an assessment of the part upon receipt. If it is determined that the parts have been damaged in application, Chick Holsters will contact the customer with the assessment results and associated repair fees. Payment method must be provided before repairs are completed. Any part that is non-repairable may be replaced at full price or discarded per customers request.

Chick Holsters typically completes return requests within ten business days from the date of receipt. The customer will be notified in the event a return request requires more than ten days.
